• booking cancelation 28 and more days before check-in – 10% storno fee
• booking cancelation 8 – 27 days before check-in – 25% storno fee
• booking cancelation 1 – 7 days before check-in – 50% storno fee
• booking cancelation in the check-in day – 100% storno fee

An upfront payment for bookings for 5 and more nights is required. Upfront payment is 50% of the total price of your stage, maximally € 400. Upfront payment is done to our bank account. We will send you our bank account number together with the booking confirmation.

Upfront payment is not required in these cases:

• repeated bookings in the lenght less, than 7 nights
• bookings done by our contract partners
